Please read carefully before proceeding. Deleting your MyDose account is final.

As required by the Google Play User Data Policies, we offer full transparency and direct access pathways to erase your stored records. When your account deletion request is processed:

  • What is deleted: Your personal profile, credentials (password hashes, authentication tokens), medication database (medicine names, strengths, instructions, schedules), history logs (Taken/Missed/Snoozed compliance tracking), and medical symptoms journals.
  • What is retained: Absolutely no health logs or personal identifiers are retained. Minimal, completely anonymized backend system execution logs (without IP or user links) are kept for up to 90 days solely for security monitoring, after which they are automatically purged.
  • Execution Timeline: Account data requested for deletion is locked immediately, stopping all cloud sync. Total permanent database scrub takes place within 30 days.

How to Request Deletion

You can easily request deletion through two main channels:

Method 1

In-App Immediate Request

Open MyDose on your Android phone. Navigate to Settings → Account Management → Permanent Delete Account. Enter your password, and verify. Sync database drops immediately.

Method 2

Web Deletion Form

Fill out our official web request form below. We will coordinate verification directly via email to confirm the ownership of the account before deletion.
