MyDose is designed as an offline-first medication organizer, stock counter, and compliance log book. It is NOT a medical device, is NOT peer-reviewed by state health boards, and does NOT provide active clinical recommendations, diagnoses, or prescriptions. All compliance logging data is authored directly by you. Do not substitute MyDose records for professional medical treatment plans, drug consults, or direct physician coordination. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial your local emergency services immediately.
By downloading, installing, registering an account, or interacting with the cloud sync services of **MyDose** (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME] ("we," "our," or "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from installing or accessing MyDose and must uninstall the application from your Android device immediately.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute the MyDose mobile client on compatible Android smartphones for your private, personal, non-commercial use.

To enable cloud delta-sync, you must create a secure account using either traditional email/password credentials or Google Single-Sign-In. You are solely responsible for keeping your password hashed securely and protecting access to your device.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration info. If you detect unauthorized entry or synchronization logs on your account, you must alert us immediately.
You retain 100% ownership of the data you author inside MyDose (including medicine names, schedules, dose compliance records, mood lists, and symptoms journals). By using cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to store, parse, and synchronize this data solely to provide the sync services on your devices.
You are free to download your entire database as a structured JSON file or permanently delete your account database via our settings or web request options at any time.
You agree to use MyDose only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from sending mock logs designed to jam server operations, injecting malicious SQL strings, uploading scripts that degrade service, or pretending to be other active medical accounts.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALARMS WILL TRIGGER WITHOUT SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS, THAT THE DELTA-SYNC SERVER WILL SECURELY PROCESS CONFLICTS WITH ZERO ERROR RATES, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER SUFFER SYSTEM-WIDE CORRUPTION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL [COMPANY NAME], ITS DIRECTORS, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH DETERIORATION, COMPLIANCE LAPSE, PAIN AND SUFFERING, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS—ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms, their interpretation, and any claims arising out of MyDose operations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [COMPANY ADDRESS / COUNTRY], without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of your use of MyDose must be initiated exclusively in courts within that jurisdiction.
